Change keyboard shortcut for activating "Search Windows"

Hi, I'd like to change the keyboard shortcut from hitting the windows key to hitting the cntrl key + the spacebar.
I'm primarily a mac user, and this is the way I activate spotlight on OSX.
Is this possible? Thanks for any advice.
