Foe some reason I can no longer upload a video, from my desktop, to Facebook.......format is MP4 and it's only 4 minutes long, something I've always been able to do, but now can't.........anyone any ideas......
I believe that this is less a Windows issue rather than a Facebook issue. They may have limited the maximum file size but that is just a guess cause I do not have a social media account...
Yes, it must be a Facebook issue.....again......my settings are still the same......most annoying, the strange thing is, I can still upload videos from Youtube.......
I've had issues with uploading videos in the past. After having issues uploading a video from a PC, sometimes I'm able to upload from my phone. Sometimes I've had other browsers work. And sometimes I can't upload at all. If it's a facebook issue, which I'm sure it is, it usually self corrects in a day or two.
Tried everything......make a small video on phone, post to pc, try to post to Facebook....nothing happens......post direct from phone to Facebook......nothing happens....tried using other browsers....nothing happens.......very annoying
Makes one wonder about the relationship between Google, Google Chrome and Facebook, maybe some encoding on videos from Facebook that works but other sources don't.
SORTED !!.....It was my PHONE settings that were wrong, it has to be in HDR (High Dynamic Range) mode for it to work......thanks to all who replied......
