Can't update Windows 10

Windows keeps trying to update my computer. I've gone through every avenue even trying to reinstall but it says that it can't install on my computer. I checked the minimum system requirements and my pc more than meets the minimum. Any Idea why it won't Install. I upgraded a few years ago from Windows 7 to 10 to match my wife's laptop but now it won't accept any updates

By the way they are versions 1703 and 1709. Error code 0xc1900200

Sorry didn't work. When the install begins it does a system check and it says my PC is compatible then start to update then I get the same error.

I did try removing all usbs including my external hard drive.

Sorry, it didn't work. Removed all usb plugs. when the update start it said my CPU, Memory and Disc Space were all OK but I still get that error.
