Hello. So whenever I try to login to my windows 10 computer, it won't let me. I do Ctrl, alt, delete and it goes up but it's just the picture. Not even the three icons are at the bottom. Can you please help?!

Could you explain what you mean by "It wont let me"
Is it rejecting your password or not showing a login strip..or?

When I click Ctrl alt delete it swipes up but it's just the picture.... No box to type in my password or the three little icons at the bottom right hand side.

Hi Gabbi,

Did you press any keys at all?, normally when one does that; the login screen appears!:
If you want to try drastic measures:

Also read from "If you can't boot Windows 10" here:

Let us know how you get on. :)

Hello Wolfie,
I'd love to do that. I don't have anything of importance on the computer. But how am I supposed to do that if I can't get past the screen with the time and the date?

HI Gabbi,

please read the following link carefully, you will need a bootable USB stick/DVD or boot from your recovery partition on your computer. Let us know the make and model so we can help you further with recovery if necessary!.

https://www.windows10forums.com/articles/reset-windows-10-when-windows-wont-boot.14/

Depending on the make and model, take a look here and go to the manufacturers page and also see about recovering your PC with the on-board tools:

Try this. turn off your computer three times. You can do this, easily, by holding down the power button for a few seconds.
On the third attempt, you , hopefully, will find you have a log in again.

This didnt work... I tried three times all in a row. Do you think that letting it die would fix it?
