Can't see External Hard Drive

I can not see my external drive.
I have rebooted the computer and powered down external drive.
Still not registering.

So your Subject line should read the same as the question, CAN'T see the drive?

How is the drive connected, USB 2, USB 3, eSATA, NAS on the Router, etc.? Brand name and model of the devices asking about? Which Version and Build of Win10?
