can't print UPS label

When trying to print a UPS label online the typed instructions print ok but the section where the label is supposed to print is blank. However if I press print screen and open WordPad & using Ctrl & V to display the item - the label prints correctly but at a size too small to use. My printer is: HP Officejet J4550 all in one. Printer works fine otherwise.

I had this problem a very long time ago and as I recall .......
There is a checkbox that you need to tick and it says something about "Print Background Images" or words to that effect.
I wish I remembered exactly where it was, you just need to look through the printer dialog box when you are printing, it or something very much like it will be there somewhere.
