Can't Open DuckDuckGo Browser on Dell Computer

DuckDuckGo, installed weeks ago on my Dell computer and accessible from the taskbar, suddenly stopped opening today. When attempting to open it, an hourglass briefly appears and then disappears. Reinstalling the browser results in a message indicating it's already installed. I'm running Windows 10, and other shortcuts open without issue.
