Can't login to Windows 10 Due to Unknown PIN

When I turned on my computer, the login screen asked for a PIN, despite me never creating one. Attempting to access Command Prompt prompts for a password, but neither my Microsoft nor computer password works. Safe Mode asks for the PIN again. Pressing "I forgot my PIN" leads to a prompt to search for an app, but pressing yes does nothing. Sometimes it says my PIN doesn't exist and to create a new one, but I encounter the same app issue. Is there any way to fix this? I believe I need to access my administrator account, but I can't.
