Old Toshiba laptop running Windows 10.
My main computer went down in an electrical surge (and it was plugged into a good Belken surge protector). I haven't used this laptop for ages and
I can't remember the password.
I followed thru instructions on screen, was even able to assign a new password and then the next step they want to know my code. I put in the code I had just received from them via email but that's apparently not what they want. What code are they talking about?
Can someone help me get into my computer?
