Cant install not enough ram?

Running Win7 Pro 64 bit...6GB Ram but when I try to run Win10 download/install, it tells me I must have at least 2 GB Ram.
I've rebooted, checked the MS index page. Rating is 7.0 for Ram and PC properties shows the 6GB.
Ideas?

I've read multiple posts regarding this problem with suggestions ranging from everything starting with decreasing your RAM, increasing your RAM, testing the RAM for errors, blah, blah, blah.
I don't have a solution, simply a suggestion....
Check with the PC Manufacturer or the Motherboard Manufacturer and see if there is a BIOS update available. My thinking is that the information is not being handed off properly or the Windows 10 installer is unable to interpret it correctly.
