Can't install Netflix app

I had Netflix installed on my laptop but somehow uninstalled it. Now when I try to install it again I get an error message. The error message I get is 0x8004e108. I tried troubleshooting but all it says is there are no issues/problems detected. I have an Asus laptop.

Can you go to the Netflix site and sign in?

I don't run a Netflix app and I already have two devices to view the video so I can't add another computer. I can, however, use the site to make selections and such, possibly reset the devices.

I can do that. The only thing is, I tried installing other apps, too, but they can't be installed either.
