SOLVED Can't install Insider Preview 10.0.18342.8

I am an new insider, this is my first insider update but it gives following error before installing.

my system information:
processor : i5-7300hq
ram : 8gb
OS : Windows 10 home version 1809(build 17763.316)

 

[Trouble]

18342 had a block for certain intel processors which the resolved practically the next day with 18343. That's one reason I was surprised to see this build as their first Slow Ring offering for the 19H1 series.
Additionally

We’ve also added an upgrade block for users of the most common games that are impacted by the GSOD discussed in the known issues below. If you uninstall the affected games, you can get the update.

Which may be a factor.

Yup i guess anti-cheat software is an issue. I got several games which uses BATTLEEYE.

After 2 failed installed the 3rd try worked. I like this build. I also proceeded to update again but that gave the usual error since 305

boot time tripled compared to the October release! Hard to know what to eliminate from start up
