I uninstalled 7-zip but it left a file called 7-zip.dll in the 7-zip folder in program files, so I tried to delete it but I get an error message saying that the file is currently in use by file explorer. Can I delete this file?
Have you tried just rebooting and trying again?
Also,openthe task bar task manager and look under the startup tab. see if it is running there. If so, disable it.
