SOLVED Cant get bluetooth connection to my headphones

I have purchased new EVO headphones which work well with ipad/ iphone via bluetooth. My Win 10 PC ( 2004 ver ) cant establish a Bluetooth connection - it finds an unknown device when "adding a device" but wont connect.

The headphones use Bluetooth 5.0 standard.

Any help appreciated. Thanks

Thanks Wolfie. I have solved the problem I didnt realise I needed to fit the aerial to the Bluetooth PCI card. Once I did that Windows 10 found the headphones and it all works ok.
