Can't format RW DVD

Hello

I need assistance with formatting a DVD.
I'm using Windows 10 21H2.
I've tried various methods including diskpart, modifying regedit, and using ImgBurn and AnyBurn for formatting, but haven't had any success.
I want to add my music to the disk but I can't format it.

Could someone please offer some help? Thanks!

Not seeing any information about the computer and its devices can only ask if the ODD/Optical Disc Drive is a combination CD/DVD drive or CD/Compact Disc only, whatever is shown on the face of the drive or on the disc tray? Is the DVD disc a -RW or +RW? A CD-R, DVD-R or DVD+R doesn't usually need formatting, are recordable once. The RW discs are ReWritable, can be erased.
