Using MS Outlook under Windows 10; email is on AOL/Verizon. Worked successfully for months, then on 4/29/18 got a message "Your system is infected with a virus". Norton AV did not indicate a problem, so dismissed this as fake ransomware. Email worked OK until I logged off, now won't load and I sporadically get a pop-up asking for user ID and PW for pop.verizon.net. Entering that information gets no error message but can't connect to the server. Thanks for any ideas on how to fix this.
