Cant change energy plan

Hello

When i try to change my energy plan to balanced or even create a new one it automatically change to high performance.

Already checked for virus..

Troubleshootin failed to change profiles too, only reseted the default values.

What can i do to fix this?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Click the start button and just start typing
Edit Power Plan
AND
Hit enter or click it from the top of the list results.
When it opens select the link that says "Change advanced power settings"
Use the drop down arrow to select an alternate plan and then edit it as you wish.

It was a service from msi gaming app.

msi_activex_service.

Just had to remove it from startup
