Can't add Outlook Email

I used to be able to add all my emails but now after a clean install Outlook only lets me have only one.
What am I doing wrong

Which Outlook? Year 2004 or later; Desktop or online?
If the desktop, clicking "File" opens the customisation, and there you can add another account
