Cant access pc settings

Starting today, I have been unable to access settings on my pc. Nothing happens when I click on the icon. Also, the icon for the app store has dissappeared completely., though I can access and open all apps that I have. I have the latest win10 update running on a Dell XPS 8700. Have tried rebooting PC several times but no luck. Any suggestions?

gphbass Welcome! Try typing "Settings" in the search box, it should show the App in the Windows search menu.
Also you could attempt to go back and try a restore point before the event happened.
