Cannot Use Keyboard or Mouse after Windows 10 has booted

I have installed windows 10 and it was working great and then I turned on my pc and when it gets to the screen after the blue windows logo where one would normally login my keyboard and mouse will not work. I've tried them on every USB port I have and nothing works. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

No. No one has replied back yet. It is strictly a USB problem for sure. The computer is working fine in the background. My computer clock is changing time.

 

[Trouble]

If you are using a USB wireless dongle to support a wireless keyboard (Bluetooth, IR or RF) then you might try removing that dongle and using instead.....
A wired USB keyboard and mouse temporarily to see if it gets you past the issue.

I have used several type of mouse and keyboards from my other computers. The problem did not go away.
