SOLVED Cannot turn on camera

After the latest Windows 10 update, when I boot up my laptop, get a message saying "can't turn on camera. Please logon withyour PIN

Thanks for sharing the information.

Did you manually download the update that caused the issue? My understanding was Microsoft were aware of this issue and thus blocked the update for some users, in anticipation of releasing a bug free update later.

A notice to install an update appeared in the lower right hand corner of the screen when I booted my laptop. I hit install and the camera worked. Prior to that I had heard nothing from anyone.
