Cannot save as

Good morning

Running Windows 10 1809.

In all programs from notepad, Adobe, Word, Excell we cannot browse the laptop to save files on other locations as per screen shot.

Hide folders option give me the following:

This only happens on this profile and not the other profiles on the laptop. Laptop is on a windows server 12 domain and user is logging onto the domain.

It seems that the User profile is corrupted or its loading a temp profile. Did you tried safe mode with networking , if its working fine there , try to run a system restore.

PS:- is it happening after the latest windows update

Corrupted profile seems like a valid problem as if I login with a different profile it works fine. I will also try to do the safe mode reboot.
