Cannot Remove Windows 10 KB Update, Another Reinstalls Automatically

I'm having trouble uninstalling a Windows 10 KB update. I tried using the command prompt as an administrator, but it didn't work. Additionally, there's another KB update that I uninstalled, but it keeps reinstalling automatically.

Without the full number of the Knowledge Base it's hard to say anything. One thing announced a long time ago is that some updates can't be bypassed and some can't be uninstalled.

The question would be whether the updates are causing a problem and exactly what the problem is.
