Cannot Change Default Language

Hi all,

About two updates ago I lost the ability to change the Windows default display language.

Bizarrely, Settings is showing the correct display language - UK English - yet Windows is appearing in Spanish. All language packs and features are installed correctly. Having selected English as the default display language, W10 says it will be used on the next startup. But no.

I live in Spain, and always used to use English as the default display language. I even uninstalled the Spanish language pack but it's made no difference. I even tried setting the Region to UK but nothing. It's only after the penultimate update that this problem occurred.

Any ideas?
