Cannot access some photos

For some reason i cannot access my photo on my PC. In one folder i can only see one photo in a folder that contain 50.
I keep getting you do not have permission...

I have a HP Pavillon 64 with 8 gb memory and nvidia Gforce card
Thanks for any help
Tried many of the help video on Youtube and none not work.

You might need to take ownership of the folder, subfolders and files.

Hi Gilles,

do you also have more than one user account on your PC?, it might be that you have more than one account and whichever account was used to create the files in the first place, would have the upper hand!.
