Cannot acccess the internet. Error 1068

Hello, I can't acess the internet as windows wireless service isn't running. I found a solution that said to enable wlan auto config but when I do that I get a message saying
error 1068 "the dependency service or group failed to start"
I don't know what to do now. Can anyone help?

All I know about my laptop is that it is an Acer and is running windows 10. Sorry.

Non of these work. I can't use the windows key, start menue or search box. But thanks for trying.

You might try System Restore. Press the Windows and "R" keys simultaneously, type "rstrui.exe" into the "Run" box and click "OK". When system restore starts, click "Next" to see if you have a restore point.

I tried that then tried to enable wlan auto config and I got the same message. I need to find someone to sit down with it and fix it. But thank you for trying Ben.

Check the Acer laptop for an actual wifi key/switch to turn on/off.
