can you upgrade to Windows 10 Pro without paying for the licence through Microsoft Store

Some months ago you could use any Windows 7 Professional or 8 Pro key to Activate Windows 10/11 provided it has not reached the maximum allowed activations. Microsoft disabled this option now. To activate you need to buy a Pro key. Try Windows Store, unless you find somewhere else a cheaper key. Beware of the very cheap keys, they might be violating the EULA and eventually blocked by Microsoft.
