Can We Stop Application Frame Host from Interrupting Scripts with Black Window Pop-ups?

Hi. There's this thing called Application Frame Host in Windows that makes a black window pop up briefly, stealing focus and disrupting my AutoHotkey (AHK) scripts. I have to add failsafes to all my scripts because of it. It'd be really helpful if this could be fixed. Thanks.
