Question: Why would you want to uninstall this update (KB4056892 => 16299.192) anyway? The latest update includes the one you want to uninstall anyway as those updates are cumulative, that means they contain ALL previous updates.
Either way, have you tried to install the latest despite the error message??

KB4056892 is the original Sceptre/Meltdown patch. You shouldn't need to uninstall it unless your PC is one of the old AMD systems that had boot issues after.

Hello,

The problem is 2018-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4088776) is not installing the walkaround Microsoft suggest is to uninstall KB4056892 and after that install KB4088776 and I guess I can install again KB4056892... at least that is what I am understanding... Am I wrong?

This applies only if you have installed the DELTA PACKAGE:

This does not apply to the "normal" packages.... You can download the delta package from the catalog Microsoft offers. I myself have never used the delta package at all....

Thanks,
But then I why I can not install "2018-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4088776)"?

And it seems other users aren't having any problem with this update

I just noticed that this page is meant more for Windows 7 and below but might give some background of what might going on on your PC.
Dunno why ESET blocks it but here is a screenshot:
