Can Incorrect Time Zone Settings on One Computer Affect Others on the Same Network?

Hi all,
Some users have reported that their corporate computers' time zones changed to US Pacific, although we're in Sydney, Australia. All affected computers are Intune Autopiloted with Location Services ON.
A user recently returned from the US, where their computer switched to US Pacific time and didn't revert back upon returning to Australia. After reconnecting to our network, others began experiencing the same issue.
Can one computer with incorrect time zone settings cause other networked computers to change time zones as well?
