Calendar app only syncing 30 days

Hi all
Just returned to Windows from Apple.
Really enjoying the Windows 10 experience.
I have a question that will no doubt seem naive....

The Windows 10 app will only sync 30 days of my google calendar and my iCloud calendar.

Is this a limitation or a recognised bug?
