Build 14352 - Volume mute/unmute is bugged

When the volume is muted, it remains active, but the system sees it as disabled.

The Feedback hub is a piece of useless garbage. I have reported that I cannot get any Metro App to show on the Lock Screen and the fact that Steam does not appear properly many times over the last three builds I have had to turn off the UAC completely to install anything in build 14532. If the next build is not better I may go back to the RTM. I am an unhappy camper at this moment.
