I have 2 issues on a surface 2. One I am not able to connect to my wifi at work. It is a WPA 2- Enterprise. For the wifi issue I have tried re installing windows 10 enterprise and pro and updating with the same problem. I uninstalled and deleted the wifi driver and downloaded the latest (Marvell AVASTAR 350N Wireless Network Controller) from the company and still same problem. I looked into root certificate issues but could not find anything on that. I updated the BIOS to see if it helped no luck. I am completely out of suggestions. Any help would be appreciated.

Second issue after after updating to 10130 now every time I restart the tablet I receive a memory error that states unable to read memory address. This seems to be not a major problem but i wonder if they are related.

Thanks in advanced

That is a known issue with build 10130. To avoid that try right clicking the Windows Logo screen and from there choose your options from the "Shut down or sign out" menu.
Regarding your other issues, you may want to try moving on to build 10158 which was release yesterday to the fast ring. I'm not at all sure that it will address your issues regarding your wifi problem but it might be worth a try.
Using WPA2 Enterprise requires a radius server, or a network appliance capable of performing the task or software that can create one virtually, as well as some driver tweaking https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff565899(v=vs.85).aspx

I have 10162 and can't connect to any WIFI outside of home.

I came upon this issue this past week where I had no access to the Internet at all while on holiday. The tool bar was not working as well to show you a list of places you maybe able to connect to. You can get a list of sites in task manager, but didn't help as I could gain access at all.

An update must had taken place the day before I shut the laptop down as it was not the same sit up when I turn it on.

Even using the win Icon was no help.

Doing a file check, it said some files are corrupt and can't be fix and that maybe were the issue is for the WIFI.

How do I fix this problem or will it be fix on the final release.

Thanks

If you suspect that the problem is due to a Windows Update then perhaps try a system restore point, prior to the last updates......
Or
Go into device manager and try rolling back the driver for the problem network adapter.

I found i couldn't connect to wifi hotspot from my phone if i set to WPA but would if it was open...
all my other connections (WPA) worked but they were there from windows 8.1 before the upgrade
i 'forgot' the wifi in the settings (OMG i hate windows settings now so hard to find anything) and then setup the connection manually following this. http://www.7tutorials.com/how-connect-hidden-wireless-networks-windows-10

it didn't work unless i ticked box "6"
