BTSever.exe error

The past couple of days when I boot up I get the message that the application can not start - I have run the Microsoft scan
that I was told to d/l it found one error - still same problem - also used devmgmt.,msc to uninstall Bluetooth driver - still
have the same problem.- error 0xc0150002

Could be a hardware issue

After all the things I tried - I uninstalled all of Bluetooth as I have no use for it!!!!
