SOLVED BSOD

While printing stuff off, message came up"your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart etc etc. I cannot access the curser or start button, cannot even switch the thing off and on again. Pc is only two years old. I'm a Dinosaur. Does anyone know what I can do to get the THING working again

Turn the PC off at the PSU.....there should be a switch on the back panel of the PSU (power supply) where the power cable is plugged into.
