Blutooth Device( Speaker) Wont Pair With Asus Windows 10 Pc

my laptop was not connecting with my speaker via Bluetooth (it used to be able to, no problem) so I clicked forget this device thinking it would reset it and reconnecting it again.. but now my pc doesn't pickup my speakers Bluetooth anymore... I've already tried the device manager-update driver suggestion...it did not work.. help! :(

Having the same problem. Since reloading Win10 after a hard drive problem, neither of my 2 Bluetooth speakers will pair or even show up at all when I go to Bluetooth settings, whether or not I click on "Add a Bluetooth device," or if I click on "Connect" in the so-called "Action Panel." I just get a dot moving across the top and it just goes on forever and can't find ANYTHING! Tried it a million times. Both worked fine before.
