I recently purchased a Bluetooth adapter for my PC since my motherboard didn't have Bluetooth capabilities. After connecting my Bluetooth neckband to the PC, audio started working fine, but the built-in microphone on the neckband isn't working. I can see the name of the neckband in the microphone section (image attached).
The same issue occurs with a Bluetooth speaker I have; both devices have microphones, but none of them are working on my PC. I've followed numerous tutorials without any improvement, although audio works perfectly.
I've also tested the neckband and speaker on my smartphone, and the microphone works fine there.
I've tried different drivers, but the microphone still isn't working.
