Bluetooth keyboard connects/pairs but doesn't work

I have a Logitech K810 keyboard that's been working great with Win 10 until recently. When the keyboard stopped working I reconnected it. The computer recognizes the keyboard but it will no longer function. I tried the keyboard on another windows computer (running Win 8.1)....it worked great. Same thing for an IPAD and an Android phone. A Microsoft Tech ran tests on my computer and reinstalled Win 10...nothing. I'd like to continue to use the keyboard but I've run out of options....
