Bluetooth isn't working properly on my Windows 10 Pro [version 22H2]

I've been trying to connect an audio Bluetooth device, but I'm unable to locate the option to turn it on. I applied various troubleshooting steps, including adjusting settings in the Services menu to enable Bluetooth startup automatically, as recommended by someone, but none of these solutions have worked. When I navigate to Settings and attempt to connect a device from there, it briefly shows "finding device" before prompting me to enable Bluetooth to update my computer driver. As foudn on Google, Windows 10 Pro should support Bluetooth, and the fact that it allows me to attempt connecting to a Bluetooth device suggests it should be functional.
