I recently upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. For reasons I cannot work out, my laptop will not find any Bluetooth device I try to connect to it, including a speaker and mobile phones, though Bluetooth is enabled. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.

Hello Ray and welcome to the forum.
Have you.....
Check Device Manager to see if there is any reference to your Blue Tooth device there.
Have you......
Check with the Computer (laptop) manufacturer and obtained the latest driver that they have for your integrated Blue Tooth hardware.
Sometimes Windows 10 will install a driver that is less than optimal, especially in the case of laptops, where you will often find that the driver is best acquired from the Computer Manufacturer, even if you have to resort to installing a device driver for an earlier version of Windows.

Many thanks, I'll try what you suggest.
