So .......
Will your computer start and run at all?
Can you start your computer in Safe Mode?
This may very well be a problem with an AMD GPU and the associated driver / software package.
With absolutely nothing to go on, no information as to your computer or its' specs. I don't think I could possibly suggest anything else.
