Blocked for VPN Detection Despite Not Having One Installed

I'm being blocked from accessing work on Appen and other sites due to a VPN detection message, even though I don't have a VPN installed. I've tried various solutions found online to detect or remove any potential VPNs, but the issue persists. What can I do to resolve this?

Which browser are you using?? I know that Opera has a build in VPN as well as Aloha and Epic, although I do not think you use the last two...
BTW: I was able to access Appen with Chrome (latest version)
