block email , how to do in Win10

I have a email I am getting , ending the same but is being sent from different people. I found how to but in current settings its not there . Your suppose to be able to add that ending phrase to list to block but for the life of me its not there in settings. what section of settings is it ? system, device or what section.

Outlook desktop just right-click and block sender, Or create a rule, then click the advanced button to create that rule. I have no idea about Yahoo got rid of that years ago. No idea what SBC is. This is not a windows 10 issue it's controlled by your email account/Program/app whatever you use. Outlook, is pretty consistent, desktop or Outlook.com as far as creating rules go. Which is probably the answer to your question, create a rule to block the phrase.
