Bit Locker Recovery Key

Help ! Each and every time I start up my computer (Dell Latitude, purchased less than a year ago), my computer goes into Recovery Mode and I have to type in a 48 digit BitLocker Recovery Key. This is very annoying. In addition, I am now, (since this Bit Locker Recovery Key issue began ), unable to play any videos, YouTube etc

Have you attempted to turn Bitlocker OFF? Click on this PC, right click on the system HD (Usually C:\) you should see an option to Turn Bitlocker OFF
