Big Problem In Windows10

Hello guys
Im Engineer Yahia Ashraf from egypt
i have windows 7 but i make upgrade to windows 10 two days ago
It works well at the first but when i make restart i cant login with administrator account
so now i cant install any programs so when i make any thing Show me this message

now i can login with local account only but h dont know how to login with administrator account
I saw several explanations but when i make it this message show me also
When I felt despair i go to control panel and then click to restore windows 7 but also this message show me
In fact Im tired and I lost hope I do not find a solution
what can i do now ?????

Your question is not clear....
Can you explain how or when (at what point in the process) you lost or changed your administrator's account.
Did you change something?
What account are you using to log in currently (guest or some second account)?
I assume you would have had to have been an administrator on your previous OS in order to have performed the upgrade, so .....
Does that account still exist? If not what happened to it.

I have not make any changes
but i cant show administrator account when i login my local account only show me

The "administrator" account is a hidden account by default.
However your "local account" which you used on your previous version of Windows would have had to have been a member of the Local Administrator's Group in order to have been permitted to have performed the upgrade to Windows 10 and as such a defacto "Administrator".
What happened to that account?
Is that the one you are still using?
If you log off what do you see in the bottom left of the screen?
Are there other accounts listed for you to choose from?

do you have an option to switch languages somewhere on the login screen

It would seem that you are going to have to enable the hidden administrator's account to rescue your PC.

Read my post and then read the link to the article contained in the post that explains how to perform the steps

I also updated windows 10 found out that the new pasword setup does not accept keys &%$#@)( ,only hfr12GF very limited I hope Windows fixes this soon i need my password

I use Special characters in mine, not sure about those you posted though.

I use both an @ sign and a $ sign in both local and MS Accounts and have never had a problem.
