Batch Photo Resizing....

Hi...need to know how to batch resize photo's with the Windows Photo's 2018.....I hope there's a way and would appreciate any help...thanks in advance

I'm not aware of a way to achieve this within Windows built in photo viewer..
What I use and have found to be excellent, is the free program listed in the link.. does exactly what you are wanting..

There is a work around albeit a pain in the a** and not at all useful if you don't have a MS account.. but for what it's worth this link is below.
