Autorun

autorun does not work on my windows 10 computer. setting are set to autorun, but nothing works when I put a dvd instalation disk in. can ayone suggest how I can install software on my computer, as the run dialogue box does not seem to exist in windows 10.

Right-click the start menu.
Select 'Control Panel'
From Control Panel, click 'Programs'
Under the 'Programs' group click "Change default settings for media or devices"
Under the 'DVDs' group select appropriate options for each media type

Many thanks for trying to fix my problem. Unfortunately it did not work, but I have managed to fix it from some advice in computer active, by downloading a program which fixes windows 10 faults.
