Hi,

I just posted this news & realised it was probably the wrong one!

I am hoping someone can help me.
My laptop (win 10) wouldn't connect to the WiFi (it worked with the ethernet) so I tried updating the driver, which then said it was up to date.
I then thought if I could restore my laptop to a earlier date this might solve it... I did & now it's stuck in a loop of trying to fix it's self & restarting. If I press the advance option it just goes to a blue screen!!

Hoping someone might be able to help me!!

Thanks in advance

Boot from the installation media and use the "Repair your PC" link on the second page following the Keyboard and language page.
Troubleshooting -> Advanced Troubleshooting ->
Use Startup Settings to see if you can select #5 (I think) to boot the system into Safe Mode with Networking.

Hi, can you tell me how I can get those screens? I don't have them and I'm having a bit of trouble with windows 10, including a loss of all the information that was on it, my photos, all of my files etc.. disappeared, now I cannot even get into settings any longer. Hope you can help. System restore didn't work even though I did create a restore point. Fortunately I have most of my files and photos backed up to an external hard drive. But is this going to keep happening? I just cannot figure what happened. I searched to see if the files/folders were anywhere in the computer, but everything seems to be hidden or gone
