automatic repair loop

Am caught in automatic repair loop. For no known reason got blue screen with warning to either restart (which didn't work) or go to advanced option tree... most of which options don't fix anything. One option, reset this pc is scary - will I lose ms office and my McAfee if I try it?

I've read other post which directed one to startup settings, select 8 disable early launch antimalarial protection. That didn't work for me.
