Automatic Parental Controls

I just downloaded and upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. When I tried to log in , it said I had ran out of time and would have to wait until noon tomorrow. I have never had parental controls on my PC , because my parents never set it up. At first I thought my brother had pranked me , but I recently changed my Microsoft password (and haven't told him). So i just wanted to know how I could fix this.
